Our experience with this company was very unprofessional and at times amateurish. There was a lack of communication from them in regards of when the materials would arrive and when they would start. The only times we would receive a call from them was when our insurance adjuster would inform them of a check being mailed to our house. We, as the customer, should not have been placed in a position where we had initiate contact with them to find dates and times of when the job would get started. The siding didn't even show up at its? expected time of arrival and was inform by Dan that there had been a mix up with the order process. Had we not once again contacted them, we would not have any knowledge of this. To further add to the problem, their own contractors showed up to work not knowing that the materials have yet to arrive. When the material actually got delivered, they were unaware of it. When the job was being processed not one of the actual persons of the company showed up to check on the progress of the job. We were told there would be an inspector that would come check the job after and of course when the job got done there was no inspector. He said it was up to the insurance company which we believe to be a false statement. We had call and asked for an itemized bill to keep for future reference. Once again, we didn?t receive it until he showed up at our front door a day after we received the remaining insurance check to deliver upon on our request. A few days later he proceeded to came to our door step again and asked for the remaining balance which was our deductible. In our past experiences with other professional services, a bill would be sent and we were happy to pay. But based on our experience with them, we would not recommend them.
