Cocky attitude. Not honest with me. Said he would send an estimate but did not. Ask him if he is interested in doing the job before you wait for the estimate in vain.
Description of Work: I had Robert Mahowald over to get an estimate for building, staining & installing new cabinets in 2 rooms & for new doors on existing cabinets in 3 rooms. He did not provide an estimate. I would have appreciated an "I'm not interested" rather than a no response.
