home inspection
 + -1 moreDALE STEPHENS SPENT SEVERAL (4+) HOURS GOING OVER OUR HOME. HE MADE SURE WE UNDERSTOOD EVERYTHING HE WAS CHECKING. HE RESEARCHED A ITEM THAT HE WAS UNFAMILIAR WITH. DALE THEN WROTE A VERY PROFESSIONAL REPORT.
Description of Work: IN PREPARATION FOR THE MARKETING OF OUR HOME, WE HIRED THIS COMPANY FOR A COMPLETE HOME INSPECTION. THIS WAS TO ENSURE THAT THE HOUSE WAS IN WORKING CONDITION AND/OR TO IDENTIFY ANY NEEDED REPAIRS, PROVIDING A REPORT OF FINDINGS.
