"Thank you for your comment [member name removed], If your door was built too small why do you have fully functioning working doors that are the correct size on your house since 2012 and now you are just telling me about it? Please do not make false accusations! Sorry to hear you are having mold issues on the inside of your garage. This has nothing to do with your garage doors; you have a moisture issue in the garage. As for your garage door track issue I had a professional installer to your home immediately upon hearing of the issue and the tracks were checked for loose bolts, etc, and a squeaking issue was resolved. The professional installer said everything was in working order and there were no more issues to address. As for your finishing issue, your doors were not finished by us when we made the doors; the unfinished sections went to a finisher of your choice per your instructions. You then called us because you were unhappy with your finisher on the finishing of your doors and you needed help. We were more than happy to do you a favor and rescue your doors from your finisher and bring them to a different paint shop at no cost to you for pickup and delivery. The new finisher was instructed by you to finish the exterior side of the doors because your previous finisher had finished the interior side of the doors already. This is where you say you are having mold growing on the interior side of the doors. If you believe the finishing is causing the mold than I suggest you call the finisher that you fired to begin with. Yes, the new finisher did not finish the interior side of your doors because you instructed us not to because your previous finisher (that you fired) had already finished the inter side of your doors. In regards to the scratch on the exterior side of the doors, a finisher came out onsite and sanded the scratches and re-stained both doors so they would match to your satisfaction. I do not know why you are stating that we didn’t address the damage to the front of your doors when I sent out a professional finisher and came out to the site myself to sand the damage area! All matters were resolved in 2012 to your satisfaction. I am very sorry to hear you are having mold issues in your home, I recommend calling your contractor to rectify that issue. I would appreciate you not slandering the company and making false accusations on Angies List. You are obviously angry at other issues with your home and I would appreciate it if you would leave my company out of it. Because of your rude and inappropriate phone calls, especially on cell phones to employees at late hours of the night I am instructing you not to contact them anymore. Please contact the main office phone during the business hours of 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday at your convenience."
