We took our laptop to them. They responded to our phone call right away. We took it to them within 24 hours of talking to them, and had it back within another 24 hours. They did a great job with cleaning the whole computer. Now it is running fabulously and running better than new. They upgraded the Windows platform, and it was awesome. The quality of their work was excellent. They literally did the work overnight. They were superfast, and I liked their speed. We haven't had any problems. A lot of places gave us estimates that were a lot higher. Some people just tried to buy from us saying that the laptop was probably dead. I would tell people that they are really fast and easy to work with. Also, their price was the best. They returned all our calls and made it very easy for us to meet with them and pick our stuff up. We would definitely use them again. We have actually spoken to them to work on another one of our computers.
