 + -1 moreWe have popcorn ceiling and can not even tell where the holes were in the ceiling. Dan did an excellent job.
Description of Work: Dan added can lights and under/over cabinet lighting and moved pendant light to new location.

 + 1 moreThe project went very well. Dan Kilian developed a layout plan with us and the cabinet maker. We found a layout that worked really well for our home and family. We were particularly impressed with Dan's efficiency and accuracy in price. He quoted an overall price estimate and was right-on, even after including miscellaneous trips to Home Depot to buy towel racks or faucets or whatever. I kept receipts for everything and added it all up at the end. Also, Dan kept things moving. It helped that we did our homework and made decisions on time, but he coordinated all the right people at the right times. We rarely had a day when there wasn't something going on, whether it was the plumber, the tile guy, or Dan. It is so nice to see continual progress when your home and life are disrupted by a big project like this. He was an excellent communicator and kept us informed. He was available when we needed to call. And most importantly, the final product is beautiful! We are really pleased.
Description of Work: We completely renovated our main bathroom in our 1950's home. We tore it down to the studs. We significantly reworked the plumbing arrangements, installed new cherry cabinets, stone floor, tile, granite counter, toilet, bath and shower.

 + 2 moreGreat. I had to go away on a Sat. and left to do the work. He did and left the invoice on the counter. He is a nice guy and did a good job.
Description of Work: I had a long list of projects-hooking up a new sink and rehooking up the dishwasher, install faucet, disposal, drains, waterlines, under cabinet lights, over-stove microwave, outlets, dining room light, hard-wired smoke alarm.
