Never had any issues with the services provided from day to the last day of the contract. They even waited to do the fall cleanup even though the contract had ended on the 27th of October. The previous year we had a different contractor and i did more babysitting to make sure our properties got mowed at least. We have also contracted Curbside to do our snow removal for the 2017-2018 season as well. I would not be afraid to hire Curbside with all our Landscaping needs

Good install. Great service. Responsive when follow-up tweaks/repairs were needed.

Technician was very responsive, knowledgeable and on time. Replaced system, no hidden costs, everything explained up front, and showed me how to use and program the new system. Recommended watering times per zone and programmed control box.

Called them up and they sent a tech out the next week.
I also got a quote to install a drainage system in our backyard but went with another firm mostly based on price. My neighbor uses them for most of his projects and is happy with them.

We are very satisfied with the services provided with this company. They are very easy to work with and the workers do very good work.

The price depends on service they provided. It depends on the size of the lawn and they charge me about $120 for 2.5 acres that I have. They were average and in some ways it was good. I think they did a good job with the fertilizer and treatment services, it was fairly expensive, but they did a good job with that. The actual lawn cutting service was not good because they dented some of the trees. They did not call back and they stopped showing up at a certain period of time and stopped returning my calls. I would give them a C or D on the cutting of the lawn, but the rest was good and would get an A or a B in that area. I was disappointed in that area. It started out pretty good, but at the end it was average to below average. Their communication dropped and when I called with concerns they did not return the call and I had to continue to call them. It was not a good experience and I would not use them again.

There is nothing keeping me from using them. I know one of the business owners personally. I think that they usually employ conscientious and informed employees. They tend to be a little bit higher priced for residential because they are more of a commercial company.

The experience went very well. There wasn't anything bad about them. They were punctual. The rate was reasonable. They are an excellent yard or property management company. I would definitely use them again.

Wonderful service from trimmers. Our trees and bushes have never looked better. They showed up on time and worked hard every minute they were here. The acrobatics of the tree trimmer were impressive!

He did a very good job and they sent me the bill in the mail and I was able to play online or send in a check. They fixed the sprinklers and checked all the other ones. Gave me some good maintenance tips, I would user them again.

Weather delayed an earlier start to the project. The owner was very forthright in notifying us of the rescheduled date. Walked through the process, consulted on coloration recommendations and stamping. Laid out course prior to digging. Cleaned up everything but the old plastic eding.

I was very happy when they started with their work, then it felt like a few years ago they took a turn to focusing more on the commercial side of things and didn't pay as much attention. It seems that they came back to focus on homeowners more now. The cost associated is for the years service.

I remember being surprised that it didn't cost more then they charged. Everything has been working fine since they came out. I would hire them again if I needed to.

Overall they have been pretty helpful and accommodating if we have any concerns come up. For example, I've had to request just about every time for them to clean off the walkways and driveways after applying fertilizer as I have two young boys, this isn't something that they do standard. Other then that it's been a good experience overall and we'll continue to use them in the future.

Top notch service. We had leaking pressure valve equipment that was causing pooling water right next to the foundation of our home. The leak became much worse in the late fall, and we needed it repaired on an emergency basis. We tried at least 3 sprinkler companies (including the one that we had used regularly for spring start-ups and winterization), but none of them would schedule any repairs because they were only doing winterizations. Curbside was also only scheduling winterizations, but because of our situation they agreed to send somebody out early in the morning before their regular winterizations started for the day. They were here at 7:30 in the morning, dug down in the ground to find the leak, and isolated the problem. They needed to go back to Savage to get a part (which we felt bad about), but he came right back and installed the new part. We were relieved to have our emergency fixed before the water leak froze and caused bigger problems. Kudos to Curbside!

He thought the work might take 2 days; it took a little over one. It was done well and cleaned up well. Jeff and crew were very pleasant to work with. Only quibble was that they said they needed more rock, for which we were charged; then they ended up dumping a bunch of it around the house, where it doesn't match the original rock.

Called 1/2 dozen places trying to find someone to winterized my lawn sprinkling system. Just moved into house. Curbside had best response. Scheduled to come to the house within a couple of days. Arrived right on time. Dave did excellent work. Advised me on several other winterizing issues regarding my house. Packed up and left. Took about an hour. Billed me by mail later.

As soon as I contacted Curbside they responded to me quickly. I can't say that about many other landscapers I contacted first. Tyler came out right away to discuss our options. A couple of days later he had a plan to put into place. Seven days after our initial consultation they were out doing the work. The place looks a lot better.
