Excellent, it is nice to have someone to shop the rates for me and to explain and present the options. I do most if not all of the work over the phone with my agent. He reviews my rates periodically and lets me know if there is a better company or rate. We had hail damage to our roof and he provided very valuable instructions on what to do and how to handle the situation. I called numerous times and he always got back to me immediately. Great service, personalized service. I would recommend not getting married to your insurance company but get married to your independent agent because they will go to bat for you & give you valuable insight when the insurance company won't deliver on your claim.
