Hannah was my stylist and she did a beautiful job. My second visit to her and I will return to her every time I need a haircut or new style. She was very professional and listened to my needs. Very informative with techniques and products. Lovely salon.

As always it was perfect. You pay a bit more for Cole's, but it is well worth it. Honest. A breath of fresh air with level of professionalism, honesty, and personal contact. Suggested product to use on your hair as well as letting you know products you do not need, thus saving cost. I see Helen and she is a perfect fit. Each person I've dealt with at Coles has been wonderful. I cannot recommend them enough.

I have been going there for about six or seven years. I always get what I ask for and their shop has a nice atmosphere. My last visit with them went very good as always.

Hair stylist was running a little behind. Overall hair cut was what I expected. A little over priced but happy w/the outcome. Stylist was professional, nice and knew what I was looking for in a hair cut. I would recommend Darcy to my fiends.

They are a full service salon. I think they even do a massage and nails and everything. I did go in and I kind of explained and they have a rating system for their hair cutters and I got the advanced one on my wig. They worked on the wigs on me which is nice instead of on a stand. I passed her name back to St. Francis Cancer Center because people are going to run into the same problem. If you cut it yourself, you are going to mess it up. They put a lot of time with me. They did not rush. It was a very nice experience. If you want your nails done at the same time, it is definitely by appointment though.

They were just friendly and do a good job.

I have been going there for about five years and it is really great. I would recommend them to anyone. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

My daughter and I have had hair styling at Cole's for about three years, seen different staff there but consistently had an excellent experience. We especially like to ask for Natalia, Ryan, or Denise who are some of the "upper tier" (more experienced and more extensively trained) stylists; it costs a bit more to work with them, but the results are worth the difference in price. We like the relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. They do a booming business so it can be hard to get an appointment at the last minute, but we've been happy to book ahead when possible.

I love the style and the customer service at Cole's is very good.
