We've used this company at several townhome properties in Chaska. They've alway's done an excellent job and did exactly what they say they're going to do without any surprises. They are prompt, pleasant and true professionals. I know this may sound a little "too good to be true", but after several vary bad experiences by "conman" gutter companies, this company has been a pleasant surprise. Couldn't recommend them enough.

Great! This was a rather small job compared to a whole installation for new construction. I've had a hard time getting other contractors to come out. Quote was quick and easy and they were out in a week to do the work.

I contacted Authorized Seamless Gutters on 10/26/2009 and Loren came for a free proposal on 10/30/2009. He reviewed the problem area of the new renovation of the house and where gutters were needed. We discussed the number and placement of the downspouts and extensions. He broke the costs into areas and marked these on the proposal drawing so I could choose what needed to be done now, what could be done now and/or later, and the costs of gutter guard. He did not feel I needed the gutter guards at this time. If I have a problem call them later and they could be added. They matched the house trim with the downspouts and did an exact match with the soffit in a Royal Brown. It is perfect! 11/03/2009 Louis Ruesch and his co-worker arrived at the designated time and went to work after reviewing the proposal and again agreed on the downspout extension placement. The warranty (20-25 yr.) and size of the Aluminum (.032) was again reviewed. They were very professional, courteous and efficient at their job. They were very meticulous in cleaning up any metal-left nothing for me or my dog to injure ourselves on.

So far we are very happy with the Leaf Solutions product, which we had thoroughly researched. Authorized Seemless Gutters of Savage was the local company the website sent us to. I would recommend Phil and his company to anyone who wants an efficient, reliable and reasonably priced company.
