I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH AMERICAN RESIDENTIAL EXTERIOR. THE SALES REP, STUART, DIDN'T GIVE ME THE HIGH-PRESSURE APPROACH, LIKE I'VE EXPERIENCED MANY TIMES WITH SALESPEOPLE. THE PRICE RANGE FELL IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ESTIMATES I HAD RECEIVED. AFTER COMMITTING TO AMERICAN RES. EXT., THE SALES REP, STUART, TOOK CARE OF ALL OF THE DETAILS -- ALL I HAD TO DO WAS TO CHOOSE THE COLORS FOR THE SIDING. I LIKED THE FACT THAT I DIDN'T HAVE TO WORRY, STUART WAS EASY TO WORK WITH AND HE WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING TO MY SCHEDULE.

THEY FINISHED THE JOB AHEAD OF SCHEDULE! THEY WERE A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH, THEY CLEANED UP NICE AND I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN!

APPOINTMENTS WERE NOT KEPT - PROMISED TO DO WORK ON 2 DIFFERENT DAYS AND DID NOT SHOW UP OR CALL. LEFT LADDER IN YARD FOR 3 WEEKS UNTIL THEY FINISHED THE JOB. I THREATENED TO PUT IT IN THE STREET AND ONLY THEN DID THEY COME TO RETRIEVE IT. THEY ALSO DID NOT DO THE JOB THE WAY I SPECIFIED.
