Michelle and Stacey were very easy to contact via phone or e-mail and were very flexible in setting up a time for me to come by and select some items to rent for my daughter's party. I picked up the items on Thursday and returned them on a Monday. I rented a princess package with a princess throne chair and unicorn as well as several other decoration items and I was very pleased with the price for the rentals!
