I focus on cleaning your carpet deep within the carpet fibers themselves, and not just on the surface. The best tool on the market to accomplish this deep fiber cleaning is called a rotary tool. The advent of the rotary tool has truly been a game changer for carpet cleaning, and here is why: it has 5 vacuum ports and over 40 jets. A traditional wand used by most other companies has only 1 vacuum port and only 2 to 4 jets. The rotary tool can perform 700 deep-cleaning passes per minute, compared to one single pass performed by the standard wand used by most other companies. The differing result between a single pass and several hundred passes is like night and day, and you really must see it to believe it. My kids play on our carpet all the time. Therefore, I am sensitive to their health concerns. I only use eco-friendly "green" products which are free of soap (a carpet's enemy) and contain no volatile organic compounds (VOC's). As a result, your carpet is clean and free of undesirable chemicals, feeling soft and smelling fresh. This process is also approved for use in homes with those suffering from asthma and allergies. We love our pets, but accidents happen. Unfortunately, pet urine does not stay on the surface of the carpet. It always seeps down through the carpet pad and then all the way to the subfloor. You may not notice a smell of pet urine at first. But with repeated accidents over time the smell becomes very strong and usually requires padding and subfloor treatment to eliminate the odor. Just cleaning the carpet alone will not truly eliminate the odor. A standard surface cleaning will only produce a temporary cover-up scent. The urine odor will eventually return. This is just a simple fact. I have spent many years developing and testing processes and techniques which truly remove urine odor from carpet and carpet padding, using only the best tools specifically designed for this task. Main reason for my call was to clean the carpets in my daughter's room but had the whole upstairs cleaned. There were multiple ink and pans stains from various incidents over the past 12 months. I'm moving from the area and about to put my house on the market. That one room needed to be addressed before showing the house. I decided to see if cleaning would suffice in place of new carpet. I was not disappointed. 360 Steam Carpet Cleaning LLC was very flexible in scheduling the appointment and was able to come on short notice. Milan was very polite and knowledgeable. He was able to remove most the stains and what he couldn't remove looks 10 times better than before. The carpet overall looks clean and the fibers in the high traffic areas look healthier. Very satisfied and would definitely hire again for a routine cleaning or to clean up an accident.

It was the best cleaning I ever had. It was very good. He took his time. He vacuumed it first. He used 2 very effective machine on the rug and stains.
