Jon Schultz and a helper came fairly quickly and I had no complaint with that part of the service.
What I did have a problem with was Jon's attitude and lack of professional demeanor. The two plumbers were there at the time as well.
Jon asked where the leak was coming from and I told him the water was spraying from the head about at the level of a serial number
tag that happened to be on the head cap.
He ignored my estimation of the problem as if he did not believe me and asked the plumbers what they ACTUALLY had seen. Plumbers told him the same story. His attitude to me was dismissive and demeaning.
I let the slight go for the moment and decided to speak with him about it AFTER the unit was repaired and before they left. Schultz was in and out of the house to his vehicle getting parts and during one of those times the plumbers mentioned the very pointed insult. This made me feel a bit better since I was beginning to think I was just being a little oversensitive.
left without discussing the repair with me. A week later I got a bill for $12.18 for a filter that they supposedly had replaced. They did not
leave the old filter or discuss the repair as any and all of my contractors always make a point to do.
Don't know if Jon actually replaced a filter or not. Also don't know if Jon is uncomfortable discussing equipment problems with homeowners who are women. This woman wrote the $3000 check that paid for the unit and expects civil treatment as well as service.
I will never recommend Schultz Soft Water.

I would like to start off by apologizing for your unpleasant service experience our company put you through. I am not familiar with the details of this particular situation, but understand your frustration after reading your review. I will personally address the service staff with the contents of your review to initiate a protocol that will seek to prevent any future conflicts. We value your business and expect a high level of professionalism out of all of our staff and am sorry we did not meet your expectations. If there is anything we can do to make this right with you we would love the chance to earn back your trust. Also, I took the liberty of reviewing the work order for that service call. Our technician should have explained on site the work that had been done, but because he failed to I will review it now should you see this.
