 + -1 moreThey were prompt and efficient. They charge fair prices. They try to help me over the phone whenever possibly at no charge. They don't charge by the hour, they charge a flat rate of $45 to come out and go over the computer. My computer always runs faster when they get done with it.
Description of Work: Jim came out to my home and repaired my computer after lightening struck it.
