I would HIGHLY recommend Zups Construction. They are 100 percent honest, trustworthy, reliable. They are VERY GOOD at communicating with you throughout the whole process, and promptly return any of your phone calls if you have any questions. They went out of their way to go the extra mile when they didn't have to, just to make sure we were taken care of with some miscellaneous work along the way. I would also urge you to have Zups give you an estimate for your roof, and you'll see for yourself they are honest and not out to "break the bank" on you! Its a family owned business, and you feel like they really pass that on your way as well throughout your roofing project. They are great, hard working,HONEST people. After a couple of weather related false starts, the roof was expertly replaced. Everyone at Zups was very professional in their approach, communication and follow-through. The crew was very careful around my new gutters, and willingly accommodated my rather unusual request. I am very satisfied.

The guys where very professional and they where in constant contact keeping me updated on every detail of the roofs needs and repair. My roof was completed in one day and after the guys left there was not one piece of shingle, wrapper, garbage, nothing. Everybody on the Zups team was prompt and professional in both their work and their communication. The job they did replacing our roof was quick and clean, and looks fantastic. When there was an issue with the roof (rotted and inadequate decking) they reached out immediately and were both honest and fair in their estimate of the additional cost. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Proposal said to leave job site cleaner than when started. Wow, they did. Even swept up some things wife was working on (she felt guilty). Estimate was significantly lower than 2 others so I was a bit leery; proven wrong ... A great job. Inspector was very satisfied. I have recommended them to a neighbor already. Their crew did a great job from start to finish, fast and done right, even the inspector said we had a good contractor from all the photos Eric included of the job in progress. I'd recommend Zup's Construction for your roof replacement, they're easy to work with and they offered a very reasonable price, it wasn't as low as advertised, (I added a few upgrades and had some additional work done) but was the least expensive we had quoted of three quotes. Thanks Eric and crew for a job well done!

Can't say enough about the kindness and consideration of Eric. Thought I had a leak in the roof. He checked all the shingles -found some nails that were not pounded in all the way and caulked around them. My problem ended up to be condensation in the storage room that was causing mold on the insulation. While Eric was up on the ladder he went out of his way to take moss off my porch roof. I would highly recommend ZUPS Construction. I believe them to be a very trustworthy company.

I hired ZUP'S construction to do my house and garage roof in March and Eric and Jeremy made the whole process very easy from the first estimate to clean up around the house - the project was done in one day as promised and done right and the roofs look great !! Great communication via emails and phone messages answered all questions in a very timely matter so no delays slowed down the roofing project !! I hired Zups from another state to do my mothers roof. Jeremy was very informative about what he would do and contacted myself and my mother through the process from the start to the end. He not only did a very satisfactory job but both him and his workers did extras.I would recommend this company

I called them to do some repair work on my roof. They re-installed two shingles, that had blown off and then let us know that we had hail and wind damage. Troy met the insurance company over there and when the insurance company said that it wasn't a valid claim, Troy calmly spoke with the Insurance guy about family and business ethics. He showed him pictures and pointed out wind damaged areas. This is obvious hail and wind damage and if they won't cover your roof for this then you will be replacing a rotted out roof deck in 5-10 years. They covered it and you should see the pictures it looks amazing. I have taken time to refer them and have heard from my friends and family nothing but great things about Zup's Construction. I highly recommend them.

Zups Construction provided excellent communication throughout the quote, work, and inspection process. The crew did a great job on the house- got it done in one day, worked extremely hard and provided a thorough site cleanup. Additional vents were provided without a bump to the original quote. The speed, price, and availability at the tail end of the season were all reasons I chose Zups. Keep up the great communication- makes it easy to work with you. I will definitely keep you in mind for referrals!

Zup's did a small shed roof for me, and when I mentioned about a small leak that was occurring by my Chimney Troy climbed up on the roof and fixed the leak. He recommended flashing and some additional minor framing for a more permanent fix, but said I would have gladly paid for the fix, but when I received the bill I should be able to get to the next re-roof on the house before it would be an issue. I was expecting some additional charges on there for the fix. I asked them about that portion of it and his response was, "I hate getting nickle and dime'd so I don't nickle and dime." 1 and a half years later and no leaks and they did a wonderful job on the shed. I would not hesitate to use them or recommend them to my friends and family!

The thing that caught me right away with Zups Construction LLC was that were really affordable on the bid. The guys were super nice too. I ultimately picked Zups as the contractor to do my roof even though they were one of the cheaper bids out there, they did amazing work. I am normally skeptical if a price of something is cheaper than a quality known product, but Zups took that away. They used really high quality materials GAF products, and it looks amazing and the feeling of having a new roof over your head is great. I know these will hold up...unlike the last ones. Even with the high quality materials they still came under the other bids...some by over $2000 dollars. Great company!!! I highly recommend!
