Window Service
Horrible, just horrible. Ordered replacement window from same manufacturer, indicating model still available. Installed window THAT WAS THE WRONG SIZE...cutting away 10 year old siding in the process and leaving an inside jam that was now 1/2'' in width, which was unacceptable. Came to replace with correct window and new trim, had to come back to stain, couldn't get matching siding. Painted similar siding, not only did color not match, they actually missed spots but put it up and indicated they were done. Called them back (yet again), and finally got a near match. I accepted the finished product because I just wanted to be done with them. Throughout the process I was told conflicting stories, they never took responsibility for their screw-ups, never acknowledged the inconvenience they put me through, came to work on my house when I wasn't home, after I told them not to. Nice guys, but their veracity is questionable, their work product horrible, sense of urgency non-existent.
