Phone will not turn on, and the battery was not an issue as I took it to Batteries Plus to be charged up. Received initial call that a $40 charge would be applied for a cleaning, and if parts were needed that would be extra. I said this was ok, do what you need to do. I called back two days later, was told phone could not be fixed, and a $25 charge would be applied.

I needed to buy a replacement smartphone due to mine having been damaged on a recent trip.  This place was suggested to me.  I was hoping they could repair my phone, but the cost was high and the warranty for the work was only two weeks.  The salesman offered me a brand new phone just like mine, for $200.  As I was in a rush to get a working phone, I took it.  When I went to Verizon to activate it, it said it was refurbished - not new.  I went home and looked up prices on both new and refurb'd phones like mine.  For new, the highest price I found was $104...about half of what this place charged me for the supposedly "new" phone I bought.  Used, the highest price I found was $59.  Armed with this data, I took my phone back to WoW, who asked me no questions, and offered no apologies.  The only reason they get any stars at all is because they didn't give me any grief on expecting a full refund.  It was as if they knew they were busted.

When I brought it in they gave me the cost estimate and said it would be done in about 3 days.  It took four weeks.  It works fine and cost 60.00 as the estimate stated.  They aren't very friendly, but I wouldn't mind if it was done when promised.
