What prices! Fifty percent more than competitors prices for shirts and double the price for slacks that still need to be re-done because there were still coffee stains on them. Clean and professional looking but prices are higher than what I pay in New York City. No wonder the parking lot is empty.
Being pleasant at the counter does not make up for the embarrassingly high prices...with or without their coupons.

Horrible! Never been charged so much to have shirts laundered. Will never go here again.

Very well! The suit came back clean and it was done on time.

This was my first time using this cleaner.  Went into store and one of the staff members asked to help me.  I placed my 4 items on the counter and she asked my last name.  It's a relatively easy last name and I had to spell it 3 times for her.  Then she asked for my first name.  I told her.  She looked extremely confused and asked it again.  By this time I decided to be entertained instead of irritated.  She continued to look like a confused puppy.  She asked a 3rd time and for me to spell it.  My first name is 3 letters.  Finally I told her I hadn't been there before.  She was so happy. 
She then proceeded to ask for my address.  My street name is a little odd and I typically have to articulate it for most people.  The street name has 3 words in it and all start with the same letter.  A bit of a tongue twister.  We went thru the 3 iterations again.  She said she had it.
We then went to the phone number.  We only had to go 2 iterations with that.
She entered the 4 items with some comfort level.
She then printed the receipt and asked for me to verify the info.  I corrected the spelling of 'Wheel' - she had it as 'Wheal'.  I also corrected the house number - a number was missed.
Left store 25 minutes later for a 5-10 min drop off.  Went to pick up items a week later.  Thankfully the manager on duty waited on me - she gave me my items and once again asked me to verify the name/address on the slip.  Noticed that 'Wagon' was spelled 'Wagen' - she corrected it promptly.
Needless to say the person who assisted me during the drop off was not smarter than a 5th grader.
I will try other cleaners before chosing to go back to them.

They do a professional,timely and wonderful job. They are pleasant and friendly to deal with and try to solve any cleaning problems you may have. we really like th store.

We've been using Woodbury Cleaners for 4 years and have never had a problem. Staff is always pleasant, and the work complete when promised. Dry cleaning, in general, is pricey and I have not compared Woodbury Cleaners to other cleaners in the area.
