Initially, very prompt in returning our calls and put the windows in in a timely manner. After the windows were in, we had a plastic piece that cracked that should not have done so so soon. We called about 3 times. The first couple times, we got a response, but no effort to come out and resolve the repair. So after trying a couple times, we had to call and threaten them that we will be calling BBB and Angie's List, and then they ended up putting a new plastic piece in but they then bent part of the frame. We have notified them of this, but at this time, have heard nothing back.
