The store was in the middle of converting to a new computer system when I made my purchase. The salesperson was very nice, but did not know the system well enough to be using it with customers. I felt like a guinea pig. It took (and I am NOT exaggerating) over 30 minutes just for them to enter my $100 purchase and take my payment. The next day I called to express my disappointment and asked if they would consider extending the expiration for a $50 coupon they'd been offering, as a gesture to mitigate my bad experience. They basically said I was out of luck and didn't even apologize for the length of time it took to ring up a simple purchase.
