Whitetail Hardwood Floors

Went very well. Robert takes pride in his work. He's professional, courteous, flexible, sticks to his schedule, is fair priced, and done quality work. We really appreciated him taking the time to perform each step carefully and deliberately to produce a well done product. His lightly sanded, power scrubbed, dried, and placed two coats of sealant on our floors over the course of 3 weekends to allow for us to move furniture around each weekend, so our home wasn't too turned upside down. Guys like this are hard to find in a Trade. Keep it up, and thanks!

I am so happy that we found Rob at Whitetail Hardwood Floors. He was on time/early to every appointment. During our consultation he took the time to patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions about the refinishing process and provide information on the products he uses to seal the floor.
We had just closed on our house and so it was completely empty when he worked on it. We had to depend on him to get all the work done unsupervised and trust him to have a key to our first home. Rob honored that trust. We received numerous updates via email (very helpful as we were running around trying to get things ready for the movers.) We also could see his progress when we visited the house in the evenings periodically through the week.
It was a comfort to see how organized his tools were at the end of the day and that he respected our home by not waiting until the last day to clean up after himself. Daily clean up wasn't something we expected but we were surprised at how nice it felt to have our space tidy.
We had a limited amount of time to have the floors refinished and to compound that very uncooperative weather (it rained a ton and our vents were so dirty we couldn't run the a/c for him.) It took an extra 2 days for the floors to dry but Rob always kept us in the loop. It was an unusually rainy June this year and it was a completely unpreventable delay. Plus Rob made sure to inform us during the bid that wet/humid weather would slow down drying time. He still finished with plenty of time for the floors to cure and be ready for the movers. At the final walk through Rob took the time to explain how to clean and maintain the floors for example why not to wear shoes, what products to use and which vacuums will damage the wood.
I would definitely recommend Rob Welp and his company Whitetail Hardwood Floors. He has a passion for his work and the skill and hardworking attitude to get the job done. I know he turned our wood floors back into the gem they once were many years ago.

What really impressed us is that we needed the job done really quickly. We spoke to this man on Thursday and he completed the project on Saturday. His work was outstanding.
