Description of Work: MY HUSBAND WAS RUNNING FOR REELECTION AND WE NEEDED MORE POLITICAL YARD SIGNS THIS YEAR. JOE AT WHITE BEAR SCREEN PRINTING FULLY EXPLAINED WHAT HIS COMPANY COULD OFFER, AND I FOUND HIS PRICES REASONABLE. ONE WEEK LATER, I PICKED UP THE FIFTY 18 X 24 INCH, 2-COLOR, 2-SIDED SIGNS (THE SIGNS LOOKED GREAT). LATER, JOE CALLED ME AND ASKED IF SOME OF THE BLACK INK WAS RUNNING OFF THE YARD SIGNS. HE EXPLAINED THAT THE COMPANY HE ORDERED THE BLACK INK FROM WAS RECALLING THE INK, AND HE DIDN''T REMEMBER IF HE USED THAT TYPE OF BLACK INK ON OUR SIGNS. MY HUSBAND AND I WENT AROUND THE CITY AND YES, SOME OF SIGNS WERE LOSING THE BLACK INK (THOSE SIGNS NOW LOOKED AWFUL). SO I CALLED JOE, WHO QUICKLY SAID, ''I''LL RUN ANOTHER 50 SIGNS USING DIFFERENT BLACK INK RIGHT AWAY, NO CHARGE.'' THREE DAYS LATER, I PICKED UP THE NEW SIGNS. THEY LOOKED GREAT AND WE''LL BE ABLE TO REUSE THEM THE NEXT TIME AROUND. DURING THIS WHOLE SITUATION, JOE WAS A COMPLETE PROFESSIONAL. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIS SERVI
