I don’t often leave reviews — the company has to have either done exceptional work or been awful to warrant one from me. Joe Riel over at White Bear Lawn and Snow falls into the second category. The story is long, as I attempted in every way I could to help him recoup the margin he had lost because of the misdirection and mistakes his employees made. But to recap best, if you want a company run by an extremely proud man who will find a way to blame you for the mistakes made by his employees, and who will attempt to trick you into paying double what you should by lying about the square footage involved, then this is the company for you.
