"The original estimate approved by the insurance was for 23,536.67, but it only covered part of the roof and one side of the house. We were able to prove to the insurance that the property needed to be fully covered. Because the insurance agreed with this additional work to be done, the price released by the insurance company to be paid for the work increased to 32, 408.51. Since it was agreed by all parties to do all four sides of the house and the roof, we were to be compensated for the entire project as per our contract. It is a rarity that the insurance will cover the entire soffit and fascia of a home, in this case it was only 37 linear feet. The members had asked us for a quote to do all of the soffit and fascia which we were able to provide… but they declined to do the work. They had also omitted to mention that we deducted the price of replacing the fascia from their final bill since they opted to not do the work. Finally…Completion of the work was done on Sept of 2008… Collection of the final bill agreed to by the insurance and homeowner was finally collected on July 29 of 2009 over 10 months after the final invoice was sent out. We repeatedly tried to reach them on all numbers given leaving messages, yet for some reason we received no response to our invoices until such time. We received a final payment from them and a letter complaining that they had paid a company 3600 to simply paint their soffits and fascia ..yet our bid was for 4600 which included all new door wraps, garage door wraps and all new soffit and fascia as well, which left us confused why they did not choose our reasonable proposal. Thank you for allowing us to share our side of the story. We pride ourselves in providing quality workmanship and look forward to serving you in the future."
