Wayne arrived at 11:00AM. He first pre-treated all of the carpets prior to cleaning them. He uses a Rotovac 360 which is one of the newest water extraction machines on the market. It uses 1500 multi-directional injection/extraction cleaning passes per minute. My carpets were left very clean and only mildly damp. They were dry in a few hours.
