Excellent and responsive service

I called Waters Plumbing to have them come and replace the copper pipes with pex. We were doing a bathroom remodel and because of the new bath tub the old pipe configuration would not work. Chris came out and got strait to work replacing it. It turned out great! He even installed the tub drain and hooked up the shower valve! Just top notch all around!

I called Waters Plumbing to have my old water main valve replaced with a newer ball style valve. Chris came out and had it replaced in no time. It looks great and is a relief knowing we can shut the water off quickly if we needed. Chris is a good guy and alway a pleasure to work with for plumbing.

It went great. He came in at 8 and was done by 330. We had the water running for dinner. I was so surprised how quick he did it all. I had gotten estimates from 3 other companies and they were from 5000-3000. He was able to do it for a little over 2000. He showed us all his work when he was done and was able to come back and finish another job a few weeks later. Very excellent work for a great price.

Chris did a thorough evaluation of the best way to route sump pump discharge to the outside of our house.  There were no really good options for doing this, but he gave his opinion on which would be most direct and least costly.  We accepted this option, and while we don't like having it  in such a visible spot, we didn't have much choice.  The other option would have required much more invasive work and higher expense.

Chris came and provided an estimate, but after turning the valve off fully (it had not been completely shut off by my husband() he initially thought maybe the shut off valve was working, and did not need to be replaced. He not only did not charge me for this, but he also took time to answer my questions about some future-planned plumbing projects we have, and pointed out some things that will save us money in the future. When, after he left, the darn thing started dripping again, Chris came back within a week, installed the new valve, etc., and charged exactly what his initial estimate had been. I could not have been happier with his work!

Excellent and professional work from Waters Plumbing. We hired Chris to repair some plumbing work in our south Minneapolis home. From start to finish, Chris was very professional and the work he did was top notch. I appreciated that he gave an overview at the end of the project and allowed me to ask any follow up questions or what I needed to do for anything in the future. 
The estimate was spot on and I felt the pricing was very fair and reasonable. He completed the project in the timeframe he said he would.
Some of the other small things Chris did: my father-in-law was doing some painting at the same time and he updated him every time he was going to shut off the water.  It might be something small to do but showed us a lot about his character and work ethic. 
I would highly recommend Chris for plumbing projects.

I found an outdoor faucet with a 2 inch diameter frozen icicle hanging from it. Chris was very pleasant and asked me a number of questions. He was reassuring and we scheduled an appt. (I found the icicle on a Sat. and he came Monday morning). He showed me what the issue was and got right to replacing the bad valve. He worked quickly and cleaned up after himself. I would definitely use Waters Plumbing again and would highly recommend him.
