the actuqal repair waent great and he fixed a door problem no charge. BUT it can take a long time to get a repair guy out there as you have to prepay for everything ---then they order the part---which has to be shipped in(from Korea this time)---then and only then can you get on the repair schedule which is a week out or so. If you want an initial visit to ***** problem that cost $100 extra---if you do the assessment yourself and get it wrong there is no return on the part that you prepaid for. Take a picture of the model number tag and send it in with on-line request form to eliminate any delay when they don't believe you got the numbers right. took 3 weeks or so for me...

We purchased top of line LG washer/dryer from this company in 2012, for a total of $2,256.79.  We purchased all available warranties. WS came out 7/13 & told us they had to order a part in order to repair the wash machine. WS did not have part in stock (poor inventory control) nor did LG. We were given one excuse after another as to why they cannot receive part. We've been going to the laundry mat for a month. Yesterday, WS said the part may come in some time in the future. They'd be willing to "compensate us with a $50 gift certificate to purchase something in their store." We are beyond livid!  Further, at one point WS stated, "The situation is under advisement."  Then WS wanted to possibly put another temporary washer next to the defective washer. We could not fit another washer in our laundry room; therefore, this was not a viable option. I don't know how many households have room in their laundry rooms for multiple washers???  When we would call to check on when the part would arrive, as eventually WS stopped calling on the date the part was previously stated to arrive, the WS staff was not professional. The individual acted "put out" because we were calling.  Both my husband and I have been trying to resolve this situation.  Ironically, WS has TV ads with a family member speaking to their long time "customer service." WS never calls us, they just wait until we call to check in on the situation.  We will never recommend WS or an LG product!  My husband and I are both working professionals. Additionally, our grown children are also working professionals and beginning their own households/ families. Word of mouth travels fast and is often the best form of advertisement along with Angie's List and the BBB.

After extensive research, we purchased an LG washer and dryer.  The appliances were delivered on a Friday afternoon.  We had been without a washer and dryer for over three weeks due to a move and construction so were very excited to have the new appliances.  I washed a load of clothes and put it in the dryer.  I washed another load and checked the dryer to see if the first load was dry.  It was still damp, so I turned up the heat and left the load in longer.  I washed another load and opened the dryer to remove the first load.  When it was still damp, I realized that the dryer was not heating.  By that time, it was 8:00 pm.  I called the salesperson at Warner Stellian.  He was with a customer so I left a message.  He called back at 9:10.  When I told him the dryer wasn't heating, he said he would talk to the technician in the morning, but that they only had one technician working on Saturdays.  He told me he would be in at 8:30 am and would call as soon as he spoke to the tech.  In the meantime, my husband took 3 loads of wet laundry to a laundromat to dry.  We had an event to attend in the morning, so I was anxious to hear from the salesperson as we still had many loads of laundry waiting to be washed.  I finally called him at 9:30 when we were ready to leave.  I had planned to miss the event to wait for the tech if necessary.  The salesman told me he had talked to the tech and that he was in Forest Lake and would not come to Woodbury on Saturday, but that he had sent all the information to customer service and someone would contact us on Monday.  I could tell he had not planned to call back as he had promised.  On Monday, a technician showed up at the door without talking with us.  After looking at the dryer, he said it needed a part and would put an order in and let us know how long it would be.  They called later to say the part had to be ordered.  After waiting four days for a functioning dryer that we had already paid for, my husband finally went back to the store and told the salesperson they needed to replace the defective dryer.  We later received a message from customer service saying the part for the defective dryer would be available in another week.  If we had not demanded a replacement, we would still be waiting.  Warner Stellian does a lot of advertising about being a "hometown" business and hyping their customer service.  The stores are open every day to sell the appliances, but they hire only one technician to work on Saturday?

Purchased dishwasher and grill. They asked if we wanted to pay $25 to have grill assembled and we said yes. On delivery date, dishwasher installed and all fine, but the grill was covered in a very thick layer of dust and once we cleaned it off (the delivery people did not deliver a clean grill by any means), we discovered it was covered with scratches. Took a number of phone calls, but we did get a new grill delivered and it was covered with just as many scratches, if not more. They finally agreed to refund $90 to us (I think the grill was around $350). But week after week went by and we did not receive the promised check. It took many more weeks and many more phone calls (lots of which Warner Stellian did not return), we finally got the check. Six months later when we had our entire kitchen remodeled and were purchasing new, high end appliances, we didn't even consider looking at Warner Stellian based on our experience with them.

I called the store's original salesman, would not be in until 12:30, said I had to wail till he could call me back.   I asked to speak to another salesman, one came on the phone said the only option was to pay $200 more for machines with less stature older floor models.  When salesman came in instead of calling me he was serving others who had come into the store.  I went to Appliance Smart got what I wanted and needed, when I wanted and needed, for less money and much less hassle.

There were no surprises with the cost, and that is what we really liked about this company; the disposal price for the old appliance was figured in to the final cost. They were so friendly and helpful offering a competitive price; it was an easy to choice to make. We did not even have to go to the store to pick out appliances; we were able to pick out the appliances via phone.

It went very well. The Sales person (Gary Brown) said someone would call to schedule the install. I was in a rush due to selling of the home and they met my needs. I was thrilled. The installer arrived within the committed time period and was fast and efficient and very pleasant. Unfortunately, I did not get his name. He tested it and so did I and all works well.

Our salesperson, Chad Anderson, was very knowledgeable about the appliances and helped us make the correct choice for us. The appliance delivery was quick (within two days) and the delivery men were prompt, fast, and cleaned up everything when they were done. We were very happy with Warners Stellian and intend to use them when we need other appliances.

WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE EXPERIENCE THAT WE HAD AT WARNER'S STELLIAN. GARY BROWN WAS HELPFUL IN DIRECTING ME TO EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. HE WAS ALSO, VERY HELPFUL WHEN WE RECEIVED OUR NEW REFRIGERATOR; WE WERE HAVING DIFFICULTY REMOVING OUR OLD REFRIGERATOR'S WATER LINE FROM THE ICE MAKER. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK SOON!
