There were no unexpected issues. I've used them for several years.

They really know their cars and never do more than you need.  They should be nominated for the Service Award for 2016 and forever.  Because they are just the greatest.  If you ever need car work, go here!  They don't use cheap parts.  They will fix it and stand behind their work.  We use them constantly.

If you ever need your car fixed, this is the place to go. I have friends and relatives from all over that come here to have their work done by them. We use them all the time.

I was quite impressed and I am not one to be impressed by auto shops, I've had my fair share of dealings with less than honest mechanics in the past who assume that as a girl I don't know anything about vehicles.
They explained every step and what went into doing the work, they were upfront about all costs and had an itemized list for me. I never once felt talked down to or that they dumbed things down or trying to get me to do something unnecessary, and I was very happy that they could explain a complicated thing in normal people terms.
Vrooom also was with in my budget (which I was upfront with and I very much appreciated that they were willing put work in order of safety and importance, and find a solution with in my budget).
Every time I have been in (four times since my initial visit in Nov 2013) everyone has a smile on their face and I am greeted promptly.
Both my husband and I have taken my vehicle in and spoken with the employees and we are both happy with the service (so much so he brought his work vehicle in when it died).
We initially contacted Vrooom after finding them on Angie's List.

They are very quick on their pick up time, they are very fair with their prices, they are very easy going and just great to work with.

I have been using them for car service from several years and I have been recommending them to several others. They are very honest about what needs to be done or doesn't need to be done. I feel very good taking my vehicle there. I have not had any problems with them. Once they fixed something and it didn't fix the problem and I stopped back and they immediately figured out what went wrong. They remedied it without any charge.

Everything done as promised and on time. Have used this provider several times since 2009 and have always been pleased with their work. Most of all, they have earned my trust regarding any issues I have with my autos.

When I moved to the area seven years ago I was asking around for a good mechanic. A neighbor told me he used Vrooom. Since that time, Vrooom has become my mechanic. They have done everything for us, from oil changes to replacing a motor. They are honest and thorough in their diagnosis and repair. They stand behind their work. They are everything I want and expect from a mechanic. Knowing that they will give me an honest evaluation is priceless.

They give a discount because of my employer, so an oil change is only $15 ($17 with tax and fees). They will pick up and drop off at my place of employment.
As part of their diagnosis with an oil change they always tell me about things that are needed or to keep an eye on. They don't try to get me to fix these things immediately (I assume they would if it's critical), and often tell me not to worry about something because it's an older car. Otherwise they will give an estimate so I can plan for it in the future.
Two stories to relate are below...
I have a 2005 Nissan and replaced the brakes at about 80,000 miles (not with then but at another shop). At about 100,000 I started to notice pulsing of my brakes. During one of my oil changes I brought this up with them and they diagnosed it as (I forget the actual term they used) a warped rotor. They said the brake pads were in great shape and didn't need to be replaced. There was plenty of width left on the rotor so they could easily fix it without replacing. It's nice to know they didn't inflate the diagnosis and try to sell me new brake pads and rotors too.
On my 2005 Nissan with 120,000 miles, this past summer I noticed that the AC wasn't working as well as I expected. As part of my standard oil change I brought that up to them and they diagnosed that I was slightly low on refrigerant. They topped me off and added something to determine leaks in the system. They told me to drive around for a day or two and they would check for leaks. I brought it back and they gave me the all clear. There wasn't a leak. I was changed a nominal fee for the refrigerant, but other than that there was no charge.

We use them for multiple vehicles a lot of times. They are very knowledgeable and they provide very good customer service. They have very good price. The quality of their work is good. We have had no problems. We would rate them highly and would continue to use them in the future.

I have never had a bad experience with this business and I've been going there regularly for 2 years. They do an excellent job and are reasonably priced. They will not perform work that they don't think needs to be done. They have always treated me with respect and have helped me out with simple things like putting air in my tires and changing windshield wipers with no labor charges. Their pricing is much lower than the car dealerships and they always explain what was done in terms I can understand. I feel very comfortable bringing my vehicles there and recommend them to anyone.

Very well - we are planning to take our regular maintenance there now.

I dropped off our vehicle because of squeaking in the rear of the vehicle and vibration during acceleration. The technicians did a fabulous job of diagnosing the issues and getting them repaired quickly. They were very friendly and knowledgeable.
