The guys at the outlet here in Highland were very helpful. Then they gave me a direct line to get the text service. They were extremely helpful.

My story is that Best Buy sold me a Verizon wireless hot spot for Internet reception when it turned out that was not what I needed at all (that's another story). Verizon tech support stayed on the phone with for about 2 hours trying to get my hot spot to hook up. We getted started. Went back to best buy, turned out my laptop was not capable of hooking up to any hot spot. I cancelled that service, best buy people cancelled it also. 2 weeks later, I get a bill from Verizon for the hot spot! I called Verizon, they said that best buy had to cancel it and they never did! I went back to best buy where they cancelled it again. When I asked who was going to pay the Verizon bill, they said I had to! Really! I called Verizon back, they said best buy does this all the time, and they would forgive all charges related to the hot spot! Thank you Verizon!
