Rebecca is amazing...I cannot say enough positive things about her. You can tell that she is truly a lover of dogs. She is professional and communicates any changes right away. She is so thoughtful and caring and her entire goal is to make sure you and your pet are happy. There have been many times when I had last minute changes due to work or family and she is completely flexible and fair. 
I would recommend Rebecca and her dog walkers to anyone looking for a great dog walking service. It is not easy to trust someone to come into your home when you are not there and take care of your family member...with Rebecca I am never worried. I completely trust her and adore her and so does my dog.

It went as it always goes, flawlessly, with great professionalism and empathy, and with full confidence that my pet was getting the best care available. As always Rebecca and team left detailed notes with every visit. They even emailed pictures. On this last occassion my pet required a special diet that involved multiple ingredients and some preparation. Urban Tails did not hesitate when I described the process. I couldn't be happier with Urban Tails Waggin on every level.

My overall experience with them has been very, very good. They write me a note about how he does. They're very responsive. I really like them.

They are great to work with.  Our dog loves having Twyla stop over and we love not having to rush home.  They do a great job and I am comfortable having them in my home.

They are wonderful with my dog. They are very professional. They walk my dog everyday. The same person walks my dog each day. They have gone above and beyond the call of duty. They offered to take me and the dog to the vet after I had a brief hospitalization.

On short notice, Rebecca, the owner, responded to our call to arrange mid-day dog walking for Walter, our new rescue adoption dog.   He came home with us on 1/11/13 and Rebecca arranged a introduction meeting on 1/13/13!    She obviously loves what she does and is committed to doing a great job.   We started on Tuesday, the 15th.   Since Walter was so new to our home and not quite used to all of his new surroundings, he was very scared.   Rebecca kept me updated via phone and her concern was always on whether or not her visits were helping or hurting Walter as he tried to acclimate to our house.   She continued for three days until we mutually decided that he needed some more socialization.    We have been working with him ourselves and are taking training classes as well as getting him socialized with other people and dogs through a dog day care.   He is learning to be a dog from the other dogs at class and at dog day care.   As he gets more confident, I'm certain that I'll work with Rebecca again.   If you need a dog walker, call Rebecca at Urban Tails Waggin!!

The place where we normally board our dogs when we go out of town was unexpectedly booked way in advance of our trip for the holidays. Through a lot of online research, we found Rebecca and her team at Urban Tails Waggin'... and now we won't turn to anybody else! Our sitter, Jason, left us detailed journals at every visit to tell us how he and the pups were doing during the trip. He sent text updates, as well. We couldn't have felt better about the safety of our home or animals with the team at Urban Tails

We have been using UTW since October, 2009 as our dog walking service and have been extremely pleased with Rebecca and all of her employees.  They are all very professional, punctual and dependable.  Our dog loves her daily walk and looks forward to the visits.  Rebecca is so flexible and accommodating.  She goes above and beyond to make sure all of our needs are met.  All the employees provide excellent communication.  We highly recommend UTW.   We can relax and know our dog is well cared for in the middle of the day!

She was excellent, more then willing to work with what I wanted and my schedule. She cared about my dogs and actually remembered them from the rescue where I got them. I couldn't have been more impressed. Its a great service.
