They are very nice. When they come in with a huge box, they ask you where you want it and they will put it right where you want it and just talk to you and being sociably friendly.

I like the fact that no matter where I go alls I have to do is give them the phone number and they have me in their system, plus they have the addresses saved to where I send most to so I only have to give them the phone number tell them which ones to send and they print out the labels they couldn't make it any easier. They really do a good job, I don't have to wait long there and the packages to their in a timely manner and in good shape as I send a lot of things to my children in college.

I prefer them, because they deliver to me more often than FedX, but, I think FedX and UPS prices are about the same. They have delivered me things from the home shopping channel, have been sending their materials to me 5-7 years, and when I send something back, I send it through UPS. They also deliver things from shopping stores to me, they are excellent, prompt, reliable, the service people are professional, and friendly. Their trucks and uniforms are always clean, they sometimes deliver to another entrance to disguise the package if I'm not home, and always ring the doorbell.

I had one bad experience with them some years ago when a package never got delivered. Occasionally they keep leaving things at my door when it's supposed to be delivered at the next street. One time I had a huge package wrongly delivered at my doorstep. When I told them about it they picked it up but they wrongly delivered it back to me again. It's really impossible to get a hold of someone from there. I don't know about the price since I cannot compare. When I have ordered or sent something it gets delivered when they said they are going to do it. I would use them again in the future.
