DENNY ARRIVED QUICKLY, WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND UNDERSTANDING HOW EMBARRASSING THE SITUATION WAS. HE WAS ABLE TO UNLOCK MY CAR DOOR WITHIN JUST A FEW MINUTES. HE HAD THE TOOLS TO DO THE JOB.
