ULTIMATE CARPET & UPHOLSTERY CLEANING

Setting the appointment was easy, even though I was rather picky and had limited time.  They arrived on time and cleaned the carpet, heavier couch and chairs on blocks.  Service was very thorough and fast too.  I was concerned about chemicals used and was reassured the solutions used were safe for me and the environment.  The carpet dried in record time, compared to other services I have used in the past. 

Carpet cleaned well.  Have used them before with good results.  Recommended them to other people in past, however, this time their professionalism went down the toilet and I will never recommend them again.  Serviced us in Hastings before but this time sent us a "Thank You" note claiming that we are out of their range of 30 miles radius (we are 31 miles from their location) so they can no longer service us.  Something like this needs to be addressed over the phone or in person not via a "Thank You" but no thank you note...  They were recommended to me by our office carpet cleaner who told me in advance we lived to far out which is a very professional way of handling things.

These are the nicest people you would want in your home. And they also do exceptional work. They  pride themselves on being prompt, and the job is done quickly. Cannot imagine having anyone else take care of our carpets. If that is not enough, they bring the customer a gift bag!

Jon was great as usual.  Everything smelled so nice when he was done.  The best part is that he removes so much water that my furniture was dry by the time I wanted to sit on it that night.  It always dries that fast.  He's so kind to our dog too.  I just can't say enough about the great job they do.

Very friendly and professional and did a fantastic job.  Since we were hosting a toddler birthday party and decided we'd need the cleaning after, not before the party, we re-scheduled at the last minute - we felt terrible!  But they were very understanding and accommodating.   
The cleaner was clearly very experienced and knew his craft.  The price seems to be in line with other places we've used, but the service level was much higher than what we expected.  

The dog spilled a glass of red wine over a 12-foot square area in the living room.  The stain then got covered up for several days (because the drinker of the wine was embarrassed) before I discovered it.  So this was DRIED ON WINE.  I called Ultimate right away.
Jon came out on a Saturday afternoon to deal with it immediately, even though he is supposed to be off on Saturdays.  The stain required two different potions, but the result was like magic.  
Ultimate Carpet is good because Jon takes the time to understand the chemistry behind various stains.  He is truly a professional who takes pride in his work.  I have used this service several times and intend to keep doing so.  

Did a first class job in all respects.  Since we are far from home, the service date and cost are estimates.  Incidentally, after I filled out the form in the email, this second Firefox form appeared, so I had to fill out the form twice.  Perhaps you could figure out some way of avoiding this duplication

Ultimate did an amazing job of spotting and cleaning my 20 year old carpets.  I have gotten lots of comments, and I just made an appointment to have them come back in the fall to do the stairs, upstairs hallway, and the bedrooms.

Excellent service - easy to work with and thorough. Provide  tips on ongoing carpet care. In addition Ultimate gives clients a bottle of excellent spot remover and will return to take care of difficult to remove spills that happen in the year after the initial cleaning. We have used them  before so we know that the provide this follow up service. Very nice people to deal with.

Six pieces of furniture were cleaned in a timely manner. 

Arrived on time. Very pleasant and professional. Measured room for accurate quote. Made recommendations for deodorizer and explained Scotchguard. Got right to work. Only surprise was no truck mounted hot steam/suction, used a portable unit. I'd verified by phone a truck mounted unit, so was disappointed with portable unit. Carpet was dirtier than I thought, the portable unit removed a lot of dirt. Carpet looks good, feels cleaner.

I had a really amazing, wonderful experience. They came immediately. The price was reasonable.

They do excellent work using friendly organic products. They are extremely responsive and communicate very well. I would definitely use them again.

They were very professional and were on time. They discussed with me the difficulty in removing where there are particular stains and they went ahead gave a little bit more aggressive treatment there and it worked out great. We are happy with the results.

He came when he said he would, was very friendly, offered great advice, and charged what he estimated.  I have to give him great credit too.  We had a damaging stain to our carpet, that just wouldn't come out.  It's into the padding too.  Instead of charging us to have it repeatedly cleaned, he was honest and told us that part of the carpet is beyond repair.  I appreciated his candor and honesty.

They were extremely professional. They were organic. They were very reasonably priced and they provided free interim cleaner to use. I could use that up and call them up. They would get some more to me between calls. They were extremely well-priced. They did very good work and I was very pleased with their work. They got all the spots off and cleaned up. I have used them a couple of times and would definitely use them again in the future.

Based on my description of the room sizes of the areas I wanted cleaned, the owner of the company, Jon Erickson, was able to give me a cost estimate over the phone, and was also able to give me an appointment time the same week that I called. Jon himself showed up to do the carpet cleaning promptly at the appointment time, and once in the house, he immediately put booties on over his shoes to protect our floors. He did a walk-through to see the areas he'd done the phone estimate for, and then also offered to include an additional office area at no additional charge! Jon set up his equipment quickly and efficiently. It was a very cold winter day, and I'd wondered whether the front door would have to be open for the entire cleaning, since hoses needed to run from house to truck. Before I even had a chance to ask, I found that Jon had a solution for that: a full-sized, top-to-bottom door draft blocker that effectively kept the cold air out while the he worked. He worked quickly and efficiently, explained his approach, set realistic expectations, and exceeded them, leaving the carpets looking wonderful. After he finished up, he even took some time to familiarize us with some of the features of the area we live in, since we're new to the area. From start to finish, Jon provided exceptional service, and I would highly recommended this company!
