Two Maids & A Mop

The owner showed up over 45 minutes late for the consult... Should have been a warning there. He told me the job would be do able and that he would send 2 maids to my house. That morning only 1 maid showed up. I quickly ran through everything that I needed done.. I emphasized 2 key areas to be cleaned... Window sills and the appliances and asked her to take a look at the interior doors. That night I went back to the home to find that it was all done half-assed. The sills were still needing to be cleaned and the oven and microwave were half assed clean. The oven still had oven cleaner spray in it. She didn't even remove the wire racks. Sprayed and never wiped. The microwave not even touched. The bathroom was lightly dusted, but the mirror and tub were not cleaned. Doors untouched. She did manage to vacuum the brand new carpet that was replaced 1 week prior though. In telling the owner, he knocked off $90. not even half the price of the cleaning. I told him the job wasn't worth $75... He sent me an invoice for $75. Do not recommend.
