The guy that showed up was so unbelievably rude. He spent the majority of time ranting about everything from other plumbers to Angie's List to Home Depot. At one point, he went off on me because he didn't like my home. He said, "you obviously never watch HGTV, your appliances don't even match." He was so unprofessional and at the end of the service appointment, he only moderately fixed the faucet. He did manage to try and sell me an entire new sink and faucet. That was discussed many times. I just wanted him to get out of my house.

This company is a subsidiary of Dean's Professional Plumbing (according to a little notice at the bottom of their website). Go read the reviews of Dean's on Angie's List - lots of bad reviews. My personal experience was that I got two different travel fees quoted by two different people on the phone, then I made an appointment with the caveat that I wouldn't be available until after 2:30 on that day. At 1 pm, they called to say they couldn't make it to my house because the plumbers were already wrapping up for the day. Apparently the person who scheduled the service "should have told me." Now my kitchen sink will be inoperable for several more days until I can get a different plumber to come out. Very unprofessional.
