Horrible. They left without delivering the furniture. Terrible customer service. Canceled delivery, rude employees. This company should be avoided if at all possible.

Delivery Service
I recently ordered an Abbyson Living furniture group from Costco.com and have had a horrible shipping experience with Twin Cities Moving Systems. I ordered the furniture on 8/31/12. My card was charged and the item marked shipped on 9/12/12. I was finally contacted about furniture delivery and requested a delivery for 10/1/12 between 8-12am. A week before the scheduled delivery I received an e-mail stating the delivery was scheduled for 10/1/12 from 11am-3pm. I called the delivery place and they said to ignore the times on the e-mails, that "they're incorrect and that I would receive a call THE DAY BEFORE delivery to confirm a time." REALLY?!?!? I get 24 hours notice to rearrange my entire schedule? This is not the "white glove delivery" I was promised, it's inconvenient and frustrating. On 9/28/12 I received a voicemail saying the delivery was confirmed for 10/1/12 from 11am-3pm. I called them to tell them that time doesn't work (which I had done a week earlier) and they said it's not flexible, so they scheduled me out almost an entire week to 10/6/12. I picked that day because I can't wait until 24 hours beforehand during the workweek to schedule a large timeframe like that, nor should I have to deal with shipping service in this manner. I still have not received the furniture, but paid for it weeks ago, and I'm extremely unhappy with the entire process. here I sit without furniture I already paid for and with a horrible customer experience. All along the people on the phone have seemed bothered that they even have to talk to a customer.
UPDATE: The delivery scheduled for 10/1/12 was a no-show, leaving me with an empty living room and guestst coming for in less than two hours for a movie night. I was able to geta few comfy chairs into the room, but it was embarassing! I called their office Monday and finally arranged to have a delivery scheduled for 10-9-12. The delivery on that date was made, FINALLY. The only positive experience in this entire ordeal were the delivery professionals. The two men who arrived and set up the furniture were friendly, helpful, and responsive. If only this form's office personnel could get up to par with their field personnel.
In the end, I would not recommend this service unless you have time to kill waiting for deliveries that may or may not happen.

The agent was right on time, answered all my questions, and did what I though was a thorough estimate. We ended up going with another company which offered some incentives, but excepting that, we would have seriously considered this company.

THIS COMPANY STEPPED IN AT THE LAST MOMENT WHEN ANOTHER COMPANY CANCELLED. EVERYONE FROM DIANE TO JOSH, THE DRIVER, WAS FABULOUS. EVERYTHING ARRIVED IN PERFECT CONDITION EARLIER THAN ANTICIPATED.
