They were very reasonable with price but difficult to get ahold of at times. The work was worth waiting for.

They were prompt and very quick. They refinished the floors, installed and refinished in three days that included three coats of polyurethane. I liked that. I definitely liked their price and their quality. It was a little challenging in communicating with them because English was not their first language and it wasn't a surprise for me.

Went very well, excellent knowledge and work ethic.

It went absolutely fabulous. We received 3 or 4 bids. I had heard 2 recommendations for Twin Cities Hardwood and there bid was the lowest so we went with them. There is a bit of a language barrier, but that should not deter anyone, because the work is superb. Vang's team came on the day he said and had everything done in 3 days, which is exactly how long he said it would take them. He was a bit late coming to our initial price quote meeting and on the actual day things started, but he called ahead to let us know he was running behind both times. The work and price cannot be matched. I highly recommend them and would most definitely use them again.

It was fantastic. They were great. They were very quick and very through. They were extremely inexpensive. It was a real good experience. They were five layers of linoleum on the floor.

THEN THEY ADDED THE STAIN, THIS WAS PUT ON WITH PAPER TOWELS. THEY MANAGED TO GET EVERY SINGLE WHITE BASEBOARD STAINED, UP TO 4 INCHES ABOVE THE FLOORS. THEY USED NO TAPE, DID NOT TRY TO CLEAN IT OFF, NOTHING. WE NOW ARE PAYING $1500 TO GET IT PAINTED OVER. THE STAIN ON THE FLOOR, IS VERY UNEVEN, WITH STREAKS ALL OVER. THEN THEY DID THE POLYURETHANE- POURED IT ON AND WIPED WITH SQUEEGEE MOP AND LEFT LARGE DRIPS AND GLOBS ON FLOOR. THEY DID NOT CLEAN BEFORE PUTTING IT ON, SO STRIPS OF POLYU ARE COMING UP. WHEN WE COMPLAINED, THEY AGREED IT WAS TERRIBLE AND THEY WOULD NOT WANT IT IN THEIR HOUSE, BUT SAID THEY COULD NEVER PLEASE US. THEY WOULD NOT TRY TO FIX IT BUT THEY WOULD NOT CHARGE US ANYTHING. WE ARE TRYING TO GET IT ALL FIXED. WHY, YOU ASK, DID WE NOT STOP THEM BEFORE THE END, AS WE HAD TO KEEP OFF THE FLOORS AND COULD NOT SEE WHAT WAS HAPPENING.

ALL THE WORK WAS DONE AT ONCE! IT WAS REALLY A LOT OF WORK! THE DIFFERENCE IS HUGE...I WOULD REALLY RECOMMEND THEM FOR FLOOR REPAIRS.

I GOT THIS REFERENCE FROM MY REALTOR, AND HE RECOMMENDED CALLING THEM THE DAY AHEAD OR THE MORNING OF MEETING THEM, TO CONFIRM ARRIVAL. I DID THIS, AND HAD NO TROUBLE. I DON''T KNOW IF THERE WOULD HAVE BEEN A PROBLEM IF I HADN''T. COMMUNICATION OVER THE PHONE WAS A LITTLE DIFFICULT, DUE IN PART TO LANGUAGE/PRONUNCIATION DIFFERENCES, BUT IT WAS WORTH THE EFFORT.
