TruNorth Solar

It was a pleasure, from beginning to end, to work with TruNorth Solar, especially after dealing with a much larger Minnesota solar installer. From the initial informational meeting, through the contract and technical matters, to the actual installation, TruNorth was helpful, pleasant, and professional. The lead installer/electrician actually waited in pouring rain for me to get home so that he could explain the system to me. Whenever I have needed to call the office, I have received pleasant and helpful service. I love my solar panels, and I highly recommend TruNorth Solar.

Great experience. I met with several companies about solar panels and TruNorth by far were the most responsive and helpful. I got all my questions answered in advance. Rep came to our home on several occasions to provide information and assist in doing paperwork and obtaining needed information. The service people were quick, professional and even helped us learn about issues with our roof before installation was done. I could not have asked for s better experience I have shared my experience with several interested people who were interested in checking out solar panels.

TruNorth is extremely professional. They provided us with a thorough education for navigating the many technological aspects of the installation and made sure that we understood what it all meant. Our team kept us up to date with the process through the various inspections and permits and sought our input for design and other questions. Their installers were courteous and prompt. We look forward to expanding our current array with them in the future. Just can't say enough good things about this company, what they stand for, and how they do their work.

They did a great job, arranged all the permits and coordinated with Xcel for the connection. They showed up on-time every time they said they would, and the entire process was very smooth. All their installers were professional and very nice. Working with TruNorth was a true pleasure. I would recommend them to anyone, and I would use them again if I ever need more solar.

This was a very positive experience for us from start to finish.  To receive the electric company rebate we needed to get our application in months before the planned installation.  Marty (one of the company owners) was very knowledgeable about the application process.  Once we were approved, LGR allowed us to schedule the installation at our convenience.  Marty kept us informed throughout the process and installation went pretty much exactly as he had planned.  The system has been up and running for three months now and is operating flawlessly.  We have a monitoring system that tracks the performance of each of our 15 solar panels, which is great.
