He came and picked up my DVD player and cleaned it and repaired it and brought it back and set it up. He was reasonable, kind and professional. From what I can tell he didn't even charge for the trip over here. I was shocked at how kind he was to do that for me.

Could not have been better.

He did a good job. He also contacted us to make sure we were getting good reception. He was very nice and very competent. I don't remember what the costs was. It was reasonable.

The technician found that I didn't need the new antenna, but he was able to adjust the cords and setting and now I have a much better reception than I had. I appreciated that he didn't just install the antenna and charge more than I needed. They also just called me to make sure that I hadn't had any problems with the system. So it was nice for them to follow up with me. He also still hasnt even billed me! He said he wants to make sure that it will work right and that I am satisfied.

Provided and installed HD antenna on exterior of home and connected
wiring to 2 TV's in the house. Made sure all TV's worked great and also
repaired exterior connection on house that had worn down over the
years. Very reasonable and Jeff knows his stuff.

Tried a variety of options, but nothing worked. Later found out the channel wasn't even broadcasting. He offered to return the fee, but he was there over an hour trying his best so I let him keep it. Honest people.

Tower TV was prompt and professional and did a great job. Called back to check on TV reception and came back to adjust when needed.

Jeff arrived on time and installed the antenna on the roof - quite a job in the middle of winter. He installed phone wiring for the two additional phone jacks (a service that is hard to find these days) and set up my electronics. He did a great job, this is an old house and not the easiest to locate and run wiring/cables. He was willing to return in the future to complete running a cable for a TV downstairs. I would highly recommend this company. They also do TV repair.

Jeff's work was excellent. It was a complicated installation but he took the time to figure out the best solution and the result is great. I now have fantastic TV reception, with no ugly antenna on my roof and no cable fees! Jeff was excellent to work with, responsive, punctual, honest and very polite. Skilled tradesmen like this are a rare commodity these days. I thought his charges were very fair.

Just with the initial contact he John seems very nice. They also use the name Jack Mcdonald TV to run there business which seems interesting.

Pleasant to deal with. I believe they do quality work. However, did not call when TV was ready and invoice upon pickup was higher than price quoted. I would probably use them again but be very clear on what the charges are.

It isn't easy finding someone who still does this kind of work. But we don't want cable TV and our TV reception had gotten worse and we didn't want to try to install an antenna ourselves on our high, steep roof. I was happy to find Tower on Angie's List.

Jeff was able to schedule the work within a week. He arrived promptly, thoroughly explained what he was planning to do and had the project done within a couple of hours. Jeff was very pleasant to work with, the price seemed fair and I hope this will improve our reception. I would hire him again and recommend him.

It was overall a very good experience, from beginning to end. This company is one of the best I've done business with in a long time. I would definitely hire them again. As I said, they came out right away and diagnosed the problem and after I decided to buy a new one rather than repair it, they came out the day the new TV arrived and installed it for me. Their prices were fair and their work was excellent. I would highly recommend them.

I was referred to Tower TV by the TV manufacturer. I received a call back from Jeff at Tower right away. He knew exactly which part was bad, said it had to be ordered and would be in in 5-7 days. Then just 3 days later he called, said he had it, and we set a date/time for him to come out. Jeff was very pleasant and got right to work. He wrote down how all of my accessories were connected to the TV so he could reconnect them. It actually took longer for him to take out all the screws from the back of the TV than it did to replace the actual damaged part. Jeff put everything back together and ensured the TV responded to the remote.

My husband was very pleased! Their service was just fine.
