He was willing to negotiate price which was important to me. These chairs were about 30 years old but fit my porch perfectly. They were in bad shape but I wanted to keep them. He stated he would have the chairs done in one week and they were finished on time. He did a great job although he had to completely take these chairs apart and reassemble. The chairs looked like new! I was very happy with the finished product and would highly recommend Tom and will definitely use him again. Tom simply delivered what he agreed to deliver - on time & on budget! Very satisfied!

TOM WAS A QUIET AND POLITE. HIS SON ASSISTS WITH PICK-UP & DELIVERY. HE WAS VERY COOPERATIVE, PUNCTUAL. HE WAS FINISHED IN LESS THAN THREE WEEKS WITH THE JOB. HE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. A NEIGHBOR HAD USED AND RECOMMENDED HIM AND KNEW OTHERS WHO HAD USED HIM AND LIKED HIS WORK.
