He is a very personable guy, and I thought his prices were acceptable. My main problem is that when he came he promised that several people would be working, and he was the only one really working most of the time. He came late, like at 10 or 11 o'clock, and stayed late in the evening, where he had told me that there were going to be like 2 or 3 guys on the crew. So, that was pretty annoying. Then, he promised that he would come and do the touch-ups, but we had a snow storm or something the day that he promised to come, but he didn't even bother to call me, and I have called him a number of times since then to come back and do the touch-ups and he has not responded to the call. I can't tell you how many times I have called him; I finally just gave up. I had the work done in the middle of December and January, and he just isn't going to come back and do what he promised. I gave up now because I feel by now the paint is going to be a different color if he does the touch-ups now, and considering the experience I had with him I don t want him to do it again.
