Title Companies
These guys were great. They made everything easy for a novice homebuyer. They even arranged to have the closing offsite, and they had everything ready to make for a smooth transaction. When the seller suddenly changed something during the closing (his agent was giving him a discount so all the checks had to be rewritten on the spot), the closer reacted quickly and professionally, despite being away from her own office. They were MUCH cheaper than several others we considered.
