TIRES PLUS

This is for the Tires Plus in Aapache, St Anthony mn. Great tires good price. Gil is very helpful there. Got me vote good tires at great price. Wow go there again.

I dropped off my one spare tire that was off the truck and had them change over the snow tire while I went to work that day.  When I came by to pick it up it was late, around 8PM and they were getting ready to close.  I asked if they could install the spare and change out another tire.  They noticed I was driving on bad tires so they went ahead and changed out all the tires for me that night.  They went beyond the standard service call of duty and I appreciate that.  The tires were mounted properly and do not leak or cause vibration on the highway.  There prices are average when compared to other tire installers but the service is outstanding.

They were courteous, fair and gave me all the information needed. I saved $400 by using them instead of BMW for the same service. It drives perfectly now!

They replaced four tires on my all wheel drive vehicle. The work was done quickly and was able to happen the same day. I also went back in several days later for a retorque of the nuts on my wheels and that was performed well.
My only 'negative' was that one of the rings that hold the center of my hub caps was and quot;lostand quot; somewhere along the line and they apparently used some sort of adhesive to stick it back on. Thankfully this was discovered but now I have to buy a new ring to hold them on. They didn't take responsibility for this, which was unfortunate. Kinda annoying.

Experience overall was very good. Only issue was the unexpected $30 for TPMS Rebuild Kit mentioned above.

I dealt with Brian, I think he's either the manager or the service manager. He was very honest in that he said the AC has a very small leak but they were not able to detect where to be able to fix it. He explained that they could re-charge it for $160 and it *may* last several years but it may not. In fact it could maybe just last through the summer there was no guarantee which though. I decided not to re-charge my AC. He genuinely seemed to feel bad that they couldn't find the leak in spite of all of their equipment and did not pressure me at all to spend the money on something that he was uncertain of how long it would last. Even with other customers, he would give a recommendation on services but in no way did the pressure people. I appreciate a business that operates this way. Sometimes I can't afford to get all of the work done at that time. It doesn't mean that I don't think it's necessary, I just don't have the money at that moment. They are also great with prioritizing things so you know what is the most important to get done first. The Lincoln Dr Roseville location is wonderful and I highly recommend them.
