This I think was a relatively small job for this company which also does larger kitchen and home renovations.
Also found out later that we should have received a rebate on the new windows but contractor must have kept.
My biggest issue was the lack of detail a in the estimate and communication in setting up appointments. Project went on way too long.
Tim gets it - has sub-contractors that he has long term relationships with (no surprises), excellent at communicating with the client and managing expectations, and last but not least (in my case) was on time and responsive to concerns. Ask for Nick as a project manager as I know that is what I will do with my next project with them..
There were some hiccups in the process of getting the job started, some by me, some by my insurance company, and some by TLC. The process took far longer than it should have, only about 10% TLC's fault.
I feel the final price was somewhat too expensive for the amount of work performed. It was an insurance claim so I did not complain. Be ready to pay up front for a service quote.
The final plaster job was good, the painting is superior.
Rascher Plumbing fixed the pipes. Tim Lemke Construction - repaired the wall and vanity and painted and put everything back together. Complete job. Happy with work and all the updates from Tim Lemke and subcontractor who did the painting.
