THOMASVILLE-WOODBURY MNNST

I had looked for months everywhere for a dining room table set that would fit the price and casual style needed for our renovated cabin. I really had hoped to find something before we had a large group staying with us, but no luck until I stopped by the Woodbury Thomasville store. The store had such beautiful high quality furnishings, I was surprised to find that there were some feasible options for our cabin. Brian helped us select one of the dining sets that was 50% off - he looked at photos we had along of the cabin space and with his design expertise was able to guide us to the right choice. He did hesitate though when he learned we wanted to have the set delivered to NW Wisconsin within 5 days. But the store manager said she would try to make it happen, and she did! The table was delivered 4 hours before our guests arrived. We were extremely happy with the service, the price and the product.

The real complaint is that they over charged us by $2,500. We pointed out the billing problem and Thomasville admitted the mistake and promised a refund. We spoke to four people over the past two weeks who all promised to process the refund. We made seven phone calls to four people over a two week period, and still no refund, just excuses.
