Called owner who offered one day free stay to make up for it. I'd never take my dog back. I had them wash her before I picked her up - they shouldn't have charged me for that if she smelled like her bed. Terrible experience.

The staff are friendly and Cooper my 1 year old Tibetan Terrier loves the Woof Room. I bring him there about once a week for daycare and have boarded him once. i liked that I was able to bundle the daycare with the boarding. Web cams in the playrooms, outdoor play area and the VIP boarding rooms are a real plus!

We called earlier the same day of our visit to schedule an evaluation for our dog so we could try out doggie daycare.  Online it noted that they would take only a certain number of dogs daily - so we figured it was a long shot for the day after Christmas.  But after submitting our information, we called and they said they had availability, so we scheduled a visit for our dog.
When we arrived, we were greeted as though we shouldn't have come.  The lady at the desk was clearly busy and trying to check out a family of four dogs, and seemed unhappy that we were there for doggie daycare.  She spoke too quickly and we had to interrupt her to make sure we knew what was going on and how things would work. She had a staff member very abruptly take our dog away to start the doggie daycare and then we finished giving them our information.  We came prepared with everything they needed, but left wondering if it would go all right.
We checked the doggie cam that afternoon and watched our dog play, which was encouraging.  We came back to pick him up after 4 hours.  Our dog seemed very happy to see us and we checked out.
When we got home, we realized that our dog had been bitten.  He had some puncture wounds on his ear and dried blood.  He was completely exhausted for the next day and a half, which we expected, but we did not expect an injury.
We think the Woof Room was understaffed and should limit the number of dogs they take depending on their staffing.  They did not have enough people to properly care for the large number of dogs there on that day, and failed to notice dogs actually hurting each other.  Because they gave us no report besides, "he made friends fast", we don't plan to return to The Woof Room.

I was very unhappy with the level of customer service provided by the employees of this establishment. Greeting customers is basic customer service, especially when the customers are the ones to initiate contact. As for Woof Room's facility, it was dirty, dated and dim. For all of these reasons we elected to go to one of the Minneapolis businesses we have had good luck with in the past. At $40/night, a boarding kennel should be friendly and welcoming. I would recommend googling Woof Room reviews as the reviews on Angie's List are not representative of what I have seen posted on some other sites. All in all I would not recommend Woof Room to any one.

We have been using this service for several years and find it a helpful when we are at work for a long day. Be sure that your animal gets a vaccine for and quot;Kennel Coughand quot; as dogs pick this up at places where dogs congregate.

This was a great experience. Our previous kennel had changed owners, and our dog was a mess after a stay there. We were very hesitant about kenneling her again, but finding the Woof Room has been a blessing. Rather than getting a dog anxious to run out the door, our dog was happy, freshly washed and dried, and seemingly glad to be there! The staff had everything set aside for her pickup, so it all went as easy as could be. This was a treat!

I like The Woof Room a lot. When you drop them off and you want them to get a bath or their toe nails trimmed, it costs a little extra but they'll do that for you. They do have vacation days so they can spend the weekend or the night there. You can watch the dogs play online, they have webcams. Their price is average for what they do. It's not cheap but they're not fully priceless.

This is a are great place for our dog. They have a good facility and great staff. They always seemed to reasonably priced. They were also very convenient in location.

I got a Groupon-Like coupon for several $24 value sessions of doggy day care for $15/session. Normal cost for 8 hours is $24 - cost for a half day is $15.
When I pick my dog up from day care he is HAPPY! He bounds around the waiting room, greeting anyone who comes near. Then he passes out and sleeps through the next day. This is basically why I bring him there - so it's great for me too!
They have a few indoor play areas as well as an outdoor area. My favorite thing about the Woof Room is that they've got several cameras so I can watch my dog from home or from my iPhone.
Good price, good service, nice people - I recommend them!
