My experience was very good. From my stand point he was the one window company that could do exactly what I wanted. He did it with a minimum of fuss. It was cleaned up when he was gone. He went around the rest of the house and made sure the other windows and doors were ok. I would recommend him and use him again.

Perfect from start to finish. John certainly knows what he is doing with this kind of window. Ran into a problem due to the way the house had settled over the years, but knew how to get past it. Also gave us some advice about replacement windows that will save us money and showed us how to make our existing windows more efficient with a pocket comb!

I HAD SOMEONE INSTALL AN ANDERSEN PATIO DOOR THAT I HAD PURCHASED AT HOME DEPOT. AFTER GOING THROUGH A WINTER WITH IT, IT WAS OBVIOUS THAT THE INSTALLATION WAS NOT CORRECT. THEY HAD TO TOTALLY DISASSEMBLE THE DOOR, FRAME THE OPENING AND REINSTALL THE DOOR PROPERLY AND DID ALL OF THE FINISH WORK ON THE OUTSIDE AND INSIDE. ALL I HAD TO DO WAS PAINT THE TRIM ON THE OUTSIDE AND STAIN & VARNISH THE NEW MOLDING ON THE INSIDE. THEIR WORK WAS SUPERB AND THEIR RESPONSIVENESS WAS EXCELLENT; EVEN WHEN I CALLED WITH A VERY SMALL CORRECTION I WANTED DONE WITH THE OUTSIDE MOLDING, JOHN PROMPTLY CAME OUT AND TOOK CARE OF IT. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANY OF YOUR ANDERSEN PATIO DOOR OR WINDOW NEEDS. THEY WILL EVEN PROVIDE THE PRODUCT AND INSTALL IT IF THAT IS WHAT YOU NEED. THE JOB THEY DID WAS SUPERB.
