He's not licensed, bonded or insured. He should be put out of business; the sooner the better. He told me he'd been doing this business for 30 years and is originally from Canada. Whenever you speak to him about licensing or insurance, he blames the city for not letting him get them. He says they're against him because he's from Canada.
