The service provided was fine. We had a good experience with them. They were good in terms of allowing as to return unused tiles. Their staff was knowledgeable, the person that we worked with was very helpful and very informative. We had a positive experience. They're reasonably prices and they sell quality products.

A gentleman named Lincoln worked with us on a major remodel project. We have used The Tile Co. in the past and always been very satisfied with the quality of product and personnel. Lincoln stands out because of his creativity and patience. This was the largest tile project we have taken on in 20 years. Lincoln spent over 3 hours with us, moving tiles back and forth across the large store in order to show us how the colors, textures, and sizes would work together. We were overwhelmed, but he kept us focused until the selections were complete.
    Because this was part of a much larger remodel, we are estimating the separate cost of the tile in our review. We have three more remodel projects over the next 12 months and Lincoln will be a part of them all; our next one starts in three weeks.

We are happy with the tile we bought from the Tile Shop.  We get a lot of compliments on it.

We absolutely love the tile we purchased. We worked with Marin at the Roseville location and she was fantastic at helping us pick out options within our budget. She was also very helpful in expediting our tile delivery when the contractor needed extra tiles.

I was renovating my entire kitchen, and at the point of needing to make a flooring decision.  I had looked at several retailers that sold ceramic tile.  A friend of mine suggested I check out The Tile Shop, in Roseville, which I did.  I was greeted when I first walked in the door by Lincoln Adams.  He asked about my project, and right away asked what my price point was (which I LOVED).  He accompanied me, until I told him I'd like to browse and think a bit.  He checked back twice to ask if I had questions.  I purchased four sample tiles from Lincoln, and days later was caught off guard having NO tile installer.  I called Lincoln and he gave me the names of two installers.  (These installers were not connected to the store in any way.)  One of which was willing to make themselves available (over the weekend) to me.  Great salesman, and great installation team.

I love the tile that they sold me ---that's probably the most important portion of the overall story. If I had the ability to change anything about the experience at the Tile Shop, I would drop the prices a bit (It's not cheap tile!) , and I would encourage the staff to be a little more friendly and welcoming to the store. Remember - I do love my tile! I would probably go back.

Overall, I had a great experience at The Tile Shop in Roseville. All the sales people I encountered were very helpful, and answered all of my questions. There wasn't a lot of pressure to spend a lot of money. Lincoln, specifically followed up with my after my initial visit when I bought sample tile; he called to let me know when he was teaching their weekly tile application class.

Lousy service. Couldn't get the older salesman to turn toward us when we had a question. He was leaning on the counter. The woman that helped us was very uninterested until we were leaving. She then cheered up, offered her card, and told us they are on commission so we should ask for her when we came back.

They have a good selection. Some tile needs time to order, it isn't in stock.

I HAVE VISITED SEVERAL TILE SHOPS IN THE TWIN CITIES, AND THE TILE SHOP IS MY FAVORITE. THEY ARE VERY HELPFUL IN THE DESIGN AND SELECTION OF FLOOR, BACKSPLASH AND BATHROOM TILE. THE PRODUCTS ARE HIGH QUALITY.

I WORKED WITH ERIK CARSON, ASSISTANT MANAGER. HE WAS HELPFUL AND PATIENT WITH US. MY HUSBAND AND HIS FRIEND WERE GOING TO DO THE WORK, SO WE HAD A LOT OF QUESTIONS AND THEY TOOK A GOOD 30 MINUTES TO ANSWER THEM (PLUS AS MUCH TIME SHOWING US DIFFERENT TILES). THEY GAVE US RECOMMENDATIONS, WHICH WE DIDN'T TAKE AT THE TIME, HOWEVER IN THE LONG RUN ENDED UP COMING BACK FOR. I DIDN'T FEEL LIKE WE WERE BEING SOLD THE MOST EXPENSIVE ITEMS OUT THERE, I FELT LIKE THE STAFF WAS FINE WITH WHATEVER WE PICKED AND THEY WERE THERE TO HELP US GET OUR JOB DONE. THE BATHROOM IS FINALLY COMPLETE AND LOOKS EXCELLENT. THE QUALITY OF THE TILES IS SUPERB.
